  1. Making sure you have optimal standing posture to best activate your balance muscles during a high value exercise

  2. Developing your eye habits & muscle coordination which will help your equilibrium for higher level balance skills

  3. Learn practical ways to improve all 4 parts of Balance in Group Classes and Individual Sessions. The secret to improving balance is by learning the proper challenge and doing it with some degree of skill.

  4. Your balance muscles will get a great work-out, yet you will be relaxed & feel safe. Developing these skills will regain balance confidence you may have lost.
