THE FLEXIBILITY PROGRAM

As a result, we don't move as well. Ultimately, this accelerates problems to our arthritic joints.

  • This unique program teaches you how to 'undo' muscle tension. Achieve the type of flexibility needed to move better. Get lasting ways to reverse that wear and tear!


  • In Individual Sessions, clients get a check up to target what and how improvements will occur.  Specific props combined with a gentle "Relaxercise" approach, helps reduce muscle tension needed for long term flexibility improvements.


  • Are you someone who is flexible, but has tight areas? Is flexibility difficulty to do?


  • SmartBody uses principles that allow the easier moving parts to assist the tighter spots, overcoming 'the stretch reflex' so that you feel immediate improvements in areas of tightness.

Participants learn:

Principles to overcome the stretch reflex to enhance your own stretching exercises or yoga exercise class

How to improve feet & ankle flexibility; many lose up to 50% by the age of 80, attributed to tripping & falls

Through demonstration, the value of the right exercises, props & approach to better results to your exercises

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

An Individual learns by:

A "Check-up" of body parts by coaches show you how to improve where you need it most.

Proper guidance in use of props and verbal instruction to assist client's learning will result in immediate improvements in how a person feels.

Being guided to experience what it means to slow down and reduce unnecessary effort is key to making permanent changes when doing the right movements.
