Practical ways to improve physicality for injury prevention w/ pickleball, tennis or golf
Variations to getting up/down off the floor safely and more easily
Healthier use of your arms and foundation exercises to prevent or eliminate further shoulder problems

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
An Individual learns by:
Coaches corrects blind spots a person has, to improve physicality for injury prevention and improved pickleball, tennis or golf.
Learning how to get up & down from the floor
Practice of better arm use through exercise and education to gain flexibility and strength safely
