  • In both Group and Private sessions,  "Check-ups" in these four crucial Balance parts serve as a baseline to measure your improvements.​

  • The secret to gain your balance confidence quickly comes from developing your skills in a systematic order, making it easier to improve.

EXAMPLES:​

  1. Making sure you have optimal standing posture to best activate your balance muscles during a high value exercise

  2. Developing your eye habits & muscle coordination which will help your equilibrium for higher level balance skills

  • Learn practical ways to improve all 4 parts of Balance in Group Classes and Individual Sessions. The secret to improving balance is by learning the proper challenge and doing it with some degree of skill.​

  • Your balance muscles will get a great work-out, yet you will be relaxed & feel safe. Developing these skills will regain balance confidence you may have lost.

Participants learn:

How the 4-part balance system works; Impacted from aging & poor movement habits; ways to improve quickly

How eye & head use is integral to balance​​ and practicing those exercises to help equilibrium

The principles to be most effective at improving your balance at home, gym or in your balance class

An Individual learns by:

Experiencing subtle but powerful changes in dynamic posture, head & eye use that improves balance

Practicing appropriate challenge & creative progressions guided by your Coach that you can practice on your own

Feeling the positive difference in better balance reactions​​ and  your balance score improvements
