Healthy posture starts with a more flexible and supple spine; possible at any age.

For some, healthy posture is the first step to better balance confidence. For others, healthier standing provides comfort to standing longer or just walking further distances.

In both GROUP & ONE to ONE sessions, you learn ways to reverse symptoms to common degenerative problems, whether you have spinal stenosis, arthritis, degenerative or herniated/bulging discs or sciatica.

Practice of practical steps to better movements of the pelvis and the entire spine; provide immediate and lasting changes for a healthier spine.
GROUP CLASSES
Participants learn:
Exactly HOW to achieve dynamic healthy sitting or standing posture, using the pelvis or feet as a reference point
Gentle movement exercises of the pelvis and spine in sitting & standing, which reduces back stiffness and reverses wear & tear on degenerative conditions
Little known factors that have a huge negative consequence on the spine, and what to do differently!
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
An Individual learns by:
Overcoming "blind spots" with gentle corrections made by Coaches, to achieve healthy posture habits
Applying new posture skills during exercise which has automatic benefits to better core strength & balance
Experiencing the benefit of healthier standing to better balance & easier walking
