  • We use strict guidelines to reduce any risk of increased pain. Reinforcing these better movement habits get remarkable results without joint strain. This process automatically strengthens our physical resilience, which normally declines over time. 

  • For a person who has a physical limit or who is less fit, fine tuning certain movement habits such as getting up/down from sitting, climbing stairs, or dynamic standing gets much quicker and effective leg strength results early on, than any exercise could.

  • For the active person, adding skillful practice of our high value exercises will lower your injury risk, and give you more physical ability for Tennis, Pickle ball or Golf in the years ahead!
