Purchase Policy


Purchase Policy for SmartBody 50

This purchase policy is an agreement between SmartBody 50 ("Company") and you ("Customer"), governing your purchase of services and memberships from SmartBody 50. This policy is incorporated into SmartBody 50's Terms of Use, which you can review for more detailed information.

Purchase, Access, and Billing

Service Access: Upon purchasing any service from SmartBody 50, including membership programs or individual training sessions, you will gain access to create an account on our platform. It is essential that you do not share your login credentials with any third parties to maintain the security of your personal information.

Payment Terms:

Full payment or a selection of a monthly payment plan is required at the time of purchase. If you select a monthly payment plan, you are obligated to complete all scheduled payments. An active and valid credit card must be kept on file for the duration of the payment plan.

If a payment fails due to issues with the credit card, access to the services will be temporarily suspended until the payment issue is resolved.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility: Refunds can be requested within thirty days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the services provided. Refund requests should be submitted to info@smartbody50.com. No refunds will be issued after the 30-day period.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Services accessed or utilized extensively within the first 30 days.

  • Purchases made over 30 days prior to the refund request.

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan:

  • All payments under the plan are still due if a refund is not requested within the initial 30-day period.

  • To prevent further charges, any refund requests must be made at least 2 business days before the next payment due date.

Buy Now, Pay Later Option

SmartBody 50 may offer the option to purchase services using a "Buy Now, Pay Later" service such as Klarna, AfterPay, or Affirm at checkout. These options allow you to defer and manage your payments but are governed by the third-party provider's terms.

Purchases made under these plans are considered paid in full from our perspective, but you must manage and fulfill your payment obligations with the third-party provider directly. Standard refund terms apply, and it is your responsibility to manage the refund process through the third-party provider.

License to Use Services

The services purchased from SmartBody 50 are for your personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced for commercial purposes or with any third parties without prior written permission from the Company.

 

Community Guidelines

Purchasing certain services may grant you access to SmartBody 50’s community platforms. We uphold a respectful and supportive community environment. Any form of harassment, spam, or defamatory statements will not be tolerated. Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the community platforms without a refund.

 

Confidentiality

All interactions and communications within SmartBody 50's community platforms are confidential. Sharing of any such information outside the platforms without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
