Stamina Sessions start with making sure your breathing habits are efficient and strong.  You learn practical ways to strengthen your lung's vital capacity.

Your breathing may feel fine, but it may contribute to less energy and stamina. Past surgeries, pain and life's stresses can result in you working a little harder at the 23,000 breathes you take each day.

A "NO" answer to any questions below means your breathing is less ideal and these sessions will fine-tune your breathing back to a more optimal state!

Place a hand gently on your chest; is it completely still & not moving?

When you breathe out; does it last twice as long as your breath in?
