Through demonstration, the value of the right exercises, props & approach to better results to your exercises

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

An Individual learns by:

A “Check-up” of body parts by coaches show you how to improve where you need it most.

Proper guidance in use of props and verbal instruction to assist client’s learning will result in immediate improvements in how a person feels.

Being guided to experience what it means to slow down and reduce unnecessary effort is key to making permanent changes when doing the right movements.
