Agility Combines all Aspects of Your Physicality.
It requires adequate strength, flexibility & balance to coordinate in the physical
tasks or actions we want to do.
Lacking in one area, causes us to compensate, putting undue stress on our
bodies. We will ‘feel’ it, where we are most vulnerable.
AGILITY Sessions make up Two Different & Useful Topics Below:
Getting up and down from the floor the easiest way.
Getting to and maintaining healthy shoulders & rotator cuff, through learning optimal body use and exercise.
In AGILITY’S Two Sessions below:

SESSION 1: What You Need To Get Up/Down From The Floor
Getting down to the floor and back up takes less strength than you’d think. What usually makes it hard is a braced neck and shoulders, and too much weight landing on the knees.
You’ll learn to share the load, either leaning on a sturdy chair or couch, or folding from your hips until your hands find the floor. Your legs carry most of the weight, so your knees take very little on the way to kneeling and side sitting. Practice starts on your bed, and every step looks the same going down as coming up
Picnic blanket, garden bed, yoga mat. Pick your floor. Had hip, knee, or ankle surgery, or been told not to kneel? Check with your doctor first.

SESSION 2: Gain Healthier Shoulders And Rotator Cuff In Practical Daily Ways
Your shoulder can reach almost anywhere, which is exactly why it gets overworked. Reaching for a seat belt without turning, a heavy bag on one side, a cupboard just past comfortable: small strains that add up.
You’ll get five easy moves to free up the shoulder, and four ways to strengthen it with a band, a wall, or your own weight. You’ll also learn the daily habits that protect it, from how you carry to how you sleep. One rule sticks: you’re not an octopus. Turn your body so your arm reaches in front of you.
